Lago Bianco

Lago Bianco is born at 450 meters above sea level from a vineyard over 50 years old, located in Montefiascone, near Lake Bolsena. The terroir consists of fine, dark sand, rich in tuff and basalt.

A blend of 80% Trebbiano Giallo (Roscetto) and Trebbiano Toscano (Procanico), 10% Malvasia, 10% Pitino, Romanesco, and Verdello.

The grapes are whole-cluster pressed, fermentation is spontaneous, and the wine is aged in stainless steel and small wooden containers for 9 months. All wine movements are carried out in harmony with the lunar phases.
