Lago Rosa
Lago Rosa originates from a vineyard at 530 meters above sea level in the municipality of Gradoli, along Lake Bolsena, from 100% Sangiovese grapes. The terroir consists of dark sands and red lapilli.
The grapes are destemmed and pressed, and the must ferments in a single French oak barrel, where it also ages for seven months. All wine movements are carried out in accordance with the lunar phases.

70% of the grapes are crushed and destemmed, while the remaining 30% are only destemmed. After two days of maceration, pressing takes place, followed by fermentation in 228L French oak barrels. The wine then ages for 9 months in the same barrels. All wine movements are carried out in accordance with the lunar phases.
