Lago Rosa

Lago Rosa originates from a vineyard at 530 meters above sea level in the municipality of Gradoli, along Lake Bolsena, from 100% Sangiovese grapes. The terroir consists of dark sands and red lapilli.

The grapes are destemmed and pressed, and the must ferments in a single French oak barrel, where it also ages for seven months. All wine movements are carried out in accordance with the lunar phases.
